As provided for by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the Customer, if he/she is also a Consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys the product for purposes that are not related to his/her professional activity, i.e. who does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number on the order form), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 14 working days from receipt of the purchased product.

To exercise this right, the customer must send the seller an explicit written communication to that effect. The return request must be received within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods in one of the following ways

  1. by filling in the contact form on the website and specifying in the object "Return request for order no. XXXX".
  2. by sending an email to specifying in the object "Return request for order no. XXXX" and indicating in the body of the email all the details relating to the article/s that you intend to return.

Once the notice of withdrawal has been received, the Seller's Customer Service will quickly provide the Customer with instructions on how to return the goods. For further details see the General Conditions of Sale.

If the customer decides to return the goods, we recommend using a service that also offers tracking of the goods so as to be able to verify the correct receipt of the return at our warehouse. The Seller shall not be liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; in this case no refund will be issued.

The goods must be returned intact and carefully packed in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and tags.

In case of return without any change of goods, size or product, the return must be made by a courier paid by the Customer.

The Seller, after checking the Product received and approving the return, will refund the price of the Product for which the Customer has exercised the right of withdrawal, net of the return shipping costs (the shipping costs incurred by the Customer at the time of the order will be refunded) within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Seller receives the returned goods in the warehouse, using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise. The time taken to credit the funds to the Customer's credit card or bank account depends on the bank, the Seller has no control over these times.
