The Products purchased will be delivered by a courier (BRT, SDA or GLS) to the address you have provided. Please also indicate a mobile phone number so that the courier can contact you for delivery.
Delivery in Italy takes place within 5/7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Deliveries in Europe are made within 8/10 working days.
Shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated, are added to the total cost of the order and are specified during the checkout process, before the purchase is concluded.
You will be able to check the status of your shipment directly from the courier's website, thanks to the references that will be communicated to you by e-mail at the same time as the shipment notification.
If the courier's delivery attempts are unsuccessful, please follow the instructions that the courier will have left in your mail because the goods will be in storage or will have to be unblocked. In these cases our Customer Service is at your disposal.
We take great care in packing our products and ensure that packages leaving our warehouse are in perfect condition.
If, upon delivery by the courier, the package appears to be damaged on the outside or broken, please make the following statement on the Transport Document, together with your signature and that of the courier: "I accept the package(s) subject to inspection because it is damaged".
If the courier refuses to allow you to make a reservation, immediately reject the shipment.
